Our stay at Shanti Morada was a delightful escape into a blend of heritage and modernity. The hospitality from the staff was unmatched, and they took time to engage with us personally, making everyone feel valued. The cuisine, particularly the breakfast buffet, was a lavish spread that showcased local and international flavors, ensuring every meal was memorable. The serene atmosphere was highlighted by beautiful decor reminiscent of old Goa, providing a restful backdrop during our stay.

The serenity of the hotel can be disrupted by large, unruly groups, especially children, which can make the pool area less enjoyable. Limited sun loungers contribute to the crowded feel during busy times. The food quality at the restaurant doesn't live up to the hotel's luxurious appearance, with some dishes lacking flavor and freshness.

The service is exceptional, with staff eager to assist, as seen during my delightful stay at the jacuzzi pool bar, which is perfect for a refreshing drink. The food menu offers an appetizing amalgamation of flavors, making meals a real treat.

i almost thought this hotel would ve been great, but the breakfast buffet was quite limited, and the dining room felt congested at all times. the spa was an absolute letdown, with disturbing smells from prior guests' massages. i really expected some special treatment for all these inconveniences. just couldn’t leave a good review, unfortunately.
